Flails

Flails

Chaining together chunks of wood and metal,then whirling them haphazardly around one's head; Whoever invented the flail was either a combat genius or a bona fide psychopath. The wide sweeping strikes of flail weapons can be difficult to land, but with a practice and good use of momentum, they can deliver devastating blows to even the most heavily armored opponents.

Abilities

Chain Interference Passive - - "The chain ensnares you like the tendrils of fate."
Each stack of wind-up also grants +10% stun resist, +10% knockback resist, and +5% physical resist.
Flail Precision Passive - - "Aim for a moment, trust for eternity."
Gain +3 accuracy while using flails.
Flail Swiftness Passive - - "Swift as the wind, relentless as the tide."
Gain +5 attack speed while using flails.
Flesh Flayer Target Ability 25 8 "If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention."
Perform an attack which deals +35% damage for each bleed wound affecting the target.
Follow Through Passive - - "Create a path for yourself, and take it."
Gain +40 movement speed for 1 turn whenever you knockback an opponent.
Plate Devastator Passive - - "That armor sure looks fancy, but can it stop me?"

Gain a permanent +5% critical hit chance with all flails.

Critical hits with flails completely bypass enemy armor.

Sidewinder Style Toggle Ability - 4 "This is what I call a target-rich environment."
Grants +8 accuracy and increases attack speed by 20, but limits max Wind-Up stacks to 1.
Whirling Carnage Passive - - "Let the chaos take hold, and luck will find its way."

For each level of Flails gain:

+1% damage with flails.

+1 flail mastery, enabling you to wield higher-level flails effectively.

Wicked Lash Target Ability 30 9 "Pain, thy kiss is sweet - when sent with no regret."

Unleash a devastating whiplash attack at your opponents face with +55% critical and +55% stun chance.

This ability has 2 range and cannot miss.

Wind-up Activated Ability 10 - "Round and round she goes, where it stops.. well, I guess we're about to find out!"

Your next attack gains +20% damage, +5 accuracy, and +3% stun chance.

This ability can stack up to 3 times.

Windmill of DOOOM Target Ability 50 12 "If it sounds stupid but works, then it's not stupid."
Swing your flail in a wide overhead arc, striking all adjacent targets with -30% damage and -5 accuracy, but with a +60% knockback chance. Best used in conjunction with Wind-Up.
