Kill enemies to build up bonus damage for your next use of Executioner's strike:

Whenever you kill an enemy, gain 1 stack of "Executioners verdict", up max of 10. On use of Executioner's strike, consume the stacks to gain +10% damage for each.

Stacks fade after 500 turns.
