Blades Weapon Scaling

Increases all unique, non-enchantment bonuses on bladed weapons.

Unique bonuses are displayed in a smaller font on weapon tooltips and include stats like accuracy, armor penetration, critical chance, and wound chance.

This does not affect primary stats: min and max damage, speed, or range.
